The invention discloses an independent type full-temperature-control hybrid drive fan cooling system which comprises an intercooling heat dissipation module and a water tank heat dissipation module. The independent type full-temperature-control hybrid drive fan cooling system is characterized in that the intercooling heat dissipation module comprises an intercooler and an intercooler fan, the water tank heat dissipation module comprises a water tank radiator and a radiator fan, the radiator fan is driven through a hydraulic system, and the hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic pump, a pipeline, a hydraulic control module and a liquid storage tank. The hydraulic control module controls the hydraulic pump to provide power for the hydraulic motor, and the intercooler fan is driven through a motor drive system. The independent type full-temperature-control hybrid drive fan cooling system meets the requirements of a water cooling radiator for large heat dissipation power, and also meets the requirements of an air cooling intercooler for flexible arrangement and control of the intercooler.
