The invention provides a multifunctional smart phone system capable of recording a magnetic track. The multifunctional smart phone system comprises a rooting terminal for writing in data, a smart phone where an intelligent chip is embedded, and a data line for connecting the rooting terminal with the smart phone. The rooting terminal is provided with a first microprocessor, a display screen, an input device and a card slot, wherein the display screen and the input device are connected with the first microprocessor through data, and a magnetic card is inserted into the card slot. A card reader is arranged in the card slot. The smart chip embedded into the smart phone is provided with a second microprocessor and a memorizer. When the smart phone is connected with the rooting terminal through data, for responding to rooting confirmation of the rooting terminal and lock password inputting of the smart phone, information carried by the magnetic card inserted into the card slot is written into the smart phone to be stored. Through the multifunctional smart phone system, the multiple functions such as the payment function, the checking-in function, the door control function and the door lock function can be conveniently achieved.
