Finite Element Analysis of Collision Vibration Characteristics of Shrouded Blades

The shrouded blades of integral shroud cascade impact test rig were taken as the research object, the 3D solid models and finite element models of single blade and grouped blades are respectively established in 3D design software SolidWorks and the finite element software ALGOR. By means of finite element calculation, the dynamic characteristics of shrouded single blade are explored. In this paper, the influence laws of such parameters as different primary clearance in tips, constraining conditions of actual clearances, amplitude of exciting force and circumferential installation clearance of blade root on impact damping effect for integral shroud cascade are analyzed respectively. The results show that impact-vibration of integral shroud blades with clearance structural have the typical nonlinear characteristics, meanwhile, the clearance size and symmetric case of blade shroud clearance have a significant influence on damping effect, which provides certain reference value for structure design of integral shroud cascade.
