A Case of Nasal Obstruction which Appeared after Carotid Artery Aneurysm Resection in Vasculo-Bela^|^ccedil;et's Disease

We report a 25-year-old man with recurrent oral ulceration. In October 1981, he entered our hospital because of a traumatic carotid aneurysm and thrombophlebitis of the legs. Angiography showed an aneurysm of the right common-internal carotid artery at the level of bifurcation. A diagnosis of Vasculo-Behget's disease was made. In september, 1985, surgery was performed. After operation, right Horner's syndrome and a nasal obstruction appeared. He suffered from this nasal obstruction until January, 1986. In April, 1986, bilateral conchotomy was performed. After operation, there were no complaints of nasal obstruction.
