New hydrogen aging loss mechanism in the 1400 nm window

A new type of hydrogen aging loss increase of up to 0.21 dB/km at the 1385 nn OH peak can arise in some fibers when exposed to 0.01 atmospheres of hydrogen for less than 4 days at room-temperature.
