IMPLEMENTASI ALGORITMA LOG RULE PADA PENJADWALAN DOWNLINK DI JARINGAN LTE

Long Term Evolution technology (LTE) is a network based on Internet Protocol (IP) standardized by 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP). In this study, analyze the scheduling downlink of LTE with Delay parameter and Throughput using Proportional Fairness algorithm and Log Rule on LTE-Simulator using VoIP traffic. The test results show that the throughput value is 5% higher and the delay value is 3% lower in the proportional fairness algorithm when there is a change in the number of users while the delay value is 2% higher and the throughput value 3% lower in the log rule algorithm when there is a change in the user's speed. The results of this study indicate that the Proportional Fairness algorithm is better than the Log Rule in terms of throughput while the Log Rule algorithm is better than Proportional Fairness in terms of delay based on changes in the number and speed of users in each real time service.
