The Design and Realization of a LNA in Satellite Navigation Receiver

This paper introduces the design and realization of a 1.1GHz~1.6GHz LNA used in muti-mode satellite navigation receiver.For the sake of good gain flatness in the concerned frequency band,series nagative feedback at sourse cathode is used.The design and simulation of the LNA is carryied out.The design of a stabilized circuit which has good noise figure and gain flatness is reached.At the end,the circuit was implemented,debugged and tested for the validity of the design.
