RESEARCH ON TEMPORARY AHEAD FLUID SYSTEM USED IN HIGH PERMEABILITY CEMENT SAND CONTROL TECHNOLOGY

High permeability cement sand control technology is a firenew chemical sand control technology. However, when sand control is carried out, the invasion of cement slurry can result in contamination, even permanent damage, to oil reservoir. Taking an oil soluble resin A with good stability as the main material, a temporary-bridge ahead fluid used in high permeability cement sand control technology was developed in the paper. The filter loss of the ahead fluid is very low under 80℃, and can make the filter loss of high-permeability cement slurry reduce observably. When temperature ranges is from 60℃ to 70℃, the cement slurry is almost no fluid loss. The produced filter cake by the ahead fluid has better oil soluble removal capability, and also different selectivity transmission capacity for water and oil. If the formation temperature is lower than 80℃, the combined application of this ahead fluid and high permeability cement slurry can not only guarantee the success of sand control operation, but also has good selective water blocking capability, accordingly achieve the objectives of sand control and water blocking.
