베이크아웃 시 환기가 실내공기질에 미치는 영향에 관한 실측연구

Recently, it has been suggested that newly constructed residential buildings undergo a bake-out. It is known that a bake-out is effective as a method performed after construction for an improvement of indoor air quality. However, the existing experimental studies on the bake-out show that a hazardous compounds concentration after a bake-out can grow higher in some conditions. It is believed that environmental conditions during the bake-out result in the level of concentration. It is assumed that adsorption-desorption process(sink effect) causes the negative effects by the degree of air exchange rate and the time for ventilation, but effect of the bake-out has been not sufficiently investigated. The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of air exchange rate and time for ventilation on indoor air quality in baking out. The experiment was conducted on 4 housing units in a newly constructed residential building according to air exchange rate and time for ventilation.
