Method for controlling strong shock risk coal seam group rock burst

The invention discloses a method for controlling strong shock risk coal seam group rock burst. The method particularly comprises the following steps: (1) selecting an adjacent layer of mining: selecting a coal seam having no shock risk or low shock risk to serve as the adjacent layer of mining at a working seam needing pre-pressure relief due to high shock risk; (2) mining the adjacent layer: carrying out whole-layer continuous pressure-relief mining on the selected adjacent layer in the step (1) by adopting a gob-side entry retaining method without leaving coal pillar; (3) carrying out secondary pressure relief on the working seam; (4) testing the pressure relief effect: after carrying out the pressure relief risk eliminating method, testing the pressure relief effect on the working seam by utilizing one out of a microseism system, a stress monitoring system and a drilling cuttings method; if the pressure relief effect does not achieve the needed effect, repeating the step (3) till the needed pressure relief effect is achieved. The method has the advantages that the needed pre-pressure relief effect can be achieved with no need for carrying out pressure relief on the working seam; the normal production of the working seam is not influenced; the safety of working personnel is increased.
