Method and equipment of aluminum capacitor disassembly and resource recovery

The invention relates to a method and equipment of aluminum capacitor disassembly and resource recovery. An aluminum capacitor is delivered to a hammer-type crushing cavity by a feed hopper and a feed regulating valve; the hammer-type crushing cavity is formed by a gear ring plate, a hammer-type prop and space thereof; the hammer-type prop is driven by a crusher electric motor to rotate; the hammer-type prop is provided with a plurality of movable hammers; the hammer-type crushing cavity is provided with a screen at the lower part; the movable hammers interact with the gear ring plate to crush and separate the aluminum capacitor into crushed aluminum blocks and crushed electrolytic paper which are collected by an aggregate bin after being screened by the screen; a cyclone separator generates negative pressure to suck the crushed aggregate into the cyclone separator though a connection duct; the crushed aluminum blocks are separated from the crushed electrolytic paper; the crushed aluminum blocks are collected in the aluminum block aggregate bin; the crushed electrolytic paper is conveyed to a centrifugal fan through the connection duct at the upper end of the cyclone separator; and finally, the centrifugal fan outputs the crushed electrolytic paper to an electrolytic paper recovery device with a wire mesh. By adopting a physical method for crushing, the invention has no secondary pollution and is beneficial for resource recovery, environmental protection and energy saving.
