Linear testability conditions for two-dimensional arrays

Abstract Testability conditions for two dimensional arrays are introduced. Orthogonal and bilateral arrays are considered. These conditions permit testing of the two-dimensional arrays in time proportional to the number of cells and in particular cases in time proportional to the number of columns of the array.
