Differential signal generation circuit

PURPOSE: A differential signal generation circuit is provided to generate a differential signal having no phase difference by enable an input signal to have a constant delay time regardless of PVT change. CONSTITUTION: In a differential signal generation circuit, an inverter array(200) successively makes the input signal reversed. The inverter array generates a plurality of delay signals. A first phase mixer(300) mixes first and second delayed signals. The first phase-mixer generates a first differential signal. A second phase mixer(400) mixes a third delay signal and an input signal. The second phase mixer generates a second differential signal.
