Rotating electrical device, comprising: a line element (17, 18) having a strip line portion (24) and an arm portion (22) integrated with the strip line section (24), and extending from one side end (24a) of the stripline section (24) in an adjoining the side end area approximately parallel extends in a longitudinal direction, wherein the arm portion (22) is curved in its further course in a direction of plate thickness of the stripline section (24); an insulating member (15) for holding the pipe element (17, 18), wherein the insulating member (15) has a groove portion (23) through which the arm portion (22) is inserted; a coil connecting terminal section (25) formed in the arm portion (22) and having a hook shape; and a plurality of helical coils (12, 13), wherein the winding (12, 13) is connected to the arm portion (22).
