중·소규모 건축공사를 위한 CM at risk 적용방안에 관한 연구

Small-medium construction project has half portion of all construction project in domestic. By increasing of old small-medium buildings, small-medium construction project is increasing and expected to continue increase. But small-medium construction project has something problems such as unplanned performing construction, poor construction and lack of safety. It is important point to find problems of small-medium construction project and to suggest alternative solutions in domestic construction industry. In this paper, it find problems of small-medium construction project for alternative solution and suggest application method of CM at risk for small-medium construction project.
