Corporate Governance (http://www.CorpGov.net)

There are many sites on corporate governance. It is a hot topic in the business world because of concerns over CEO pay scales, the responsibility of corporations in our society, and the transparency of corporate accounts.1 Businesses, investors, and the general public are becoming more interested in the way that corporations and their boards work and how it affects their workplace, the economy, and the world.2 The last few years have been very tumultuous for corporate boards. Since the passing of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in 2002, companies and their boards are now more responsible for what happens within the corporation.3 The Corporate Governance Web site, at www.corpgov.net, was started in 1995 and has survived for over 10 years to become one of the top sites for corporate governance information.
