Research on Constant Deceleration Braking Performance of the Disc Braking System for Ultra Deep Mine Hoist

The disc braking system is mainly used for emergency brake of hoist and is the key equipment to ensure the safe operation of hoist. Based on ultra deep mine hoist, the research on electro-hydraulic co-simulation and performance of disc braking system is carried out. After modeling each subsystem, the co-simulation method of multiple software systems is adopted to establish the electro-hydraulic simulation platform of disc braking system, then the fuzzy PID controller for constant decelerating emergency brake control is designed. Simulation results show that the constant decelerating braking process of the ultra deep mine hoist can be simulated by the co-simulation platform. At the same time, the fuzzy PID controller can effectively suppress the influence of interlayer transition and make brake deceleration closer to set value. In the end, the disc brake pressure verification test for constant deceleration process operated on the hoist test bench. The test results show that the calculation model of positive pressure is corrected and the co-simulation is effective.
