Practice of Civil-Military Integration Development Mode in Military Hospital

Combining with the practice of military middle-small-scale hospital,the author discussed the way of civil-military integration development mode,which means hospital coalesced arm and civilian to deliver the safeguard to society,so as to import the resource which be used from society.The new mode should bring the military healthful resource into society medical safeguard system,accelerate the development of hospital,and improve the support capability.
