Tin Ball Gravity Casting Machine is a machine-processing of raw materials of tin (tin) into a ball shape tin with a diameter of 12 mm. The research was uses the analysis method of three stages of Quality Function Deployment, which is to know the attributes that consumers want the product satisfaction, the level of interest, the performance of tin ball gravity casting machine, the technical parameters, the need for quality processes and procedures. QFD is applied to translate consumer wishes into a more detailed quality procedure so that products are manufactured tin ball meet the level of consumer satisfaction, and technical characteristics of which are priorities to be developed to suit the desires of consumers so that proper mass produced. The population in this research is the respondents who had operated tin ball gravity casting machine. QFD analysis results for each consumer needs are the priorities to be developed include 15 quality procedures, while the priority that must be developed by management are: increase the capacity of the pump to increase coolant flow rate with the contribution value of 223,859, increasing the ability of a pneumatic drive for the upper mold avoid defective products with the contribution value of 214 910, changing the diameter of tin ball gate in accordance with the viscosity of the material (tin) with a contribution value of 206,295 and contribution value of 167 242, by changing the position of pneumatic propulsion upper mold (from the motion system encourages a system of pull motion). By implementing a method of product development priorities tin ball gravity casting machine, it will get quality results in accordance with the wishes and expectations of consumers.
