The network access management method comprises the following steps of: acquiring a network transmission state between the network device and a terminal accessed to the network device; and setting an access control parameter of the network device to be a target parameter value, wherein the target parameter value is used for controlling the number of the terminals accessed to the network device to be matched with the network transmission state. The technical scheme provided by the invention can control the maximum terminal access amount of the network device to be the one matched with the network transmission state, thereby guaranteeing high quality of network transmission signals and fast network rate of the terminals accessed to the network device.
