Establishing the comprehensive evaluation model in performance evaluation of the disease control and prevention system

The principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to evaluate the performance of the disease control and prevention system in China.The comprehensive evaluation model was established by the following steps:determining the grade criterion of the index system,building the membership function,constructing the judgment matrix of indicators,items and categories,calculating the performance scores on the basis of weights,getting the integrated scores.The model provided the method foundation for performance assessment and solved the problem caused by information diversity of the complicated system.
