Dynamic Capability Perspective on Knowledge Advantage Transforming into Competitive Advantage within Knowledge Networks

From the concepts and characteristics of dynamic capabilities,the paper divides the dividing dynamic capabilities of the enterprise knowledge network into three dimensions of the knowledge innovation capacity,network capacity and knowledge integration capability.On this basis,the paper explores respectively the relationship between the different dimensions with knowledge advantage and competitive advantage.The transformation model is constructed based on the dynamic capabilities of enterprise knowledge network’ s knowledge advantage to competitive advantage,and then the paper further explores the mechanism of dynamic ability in the evolution of knowledge advantage,which provides a reference for corporate strategic management and knowledge management in the era of knowledge economy.
