High-Speed Passenger Lift Model Development

The paper discusses the topical issue related to the lift equipment replacing and its wide using in a new housing development. The paper focuses on the synthesis of an induction motor drive control system for load-lifting mechanisms taking into account the specified requirements. The mathematical model of a passenger lift unit has been developed based on the weight of ropes, a lift car and a counterweight. The method for the induction motor control has been described in detail.
