Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is one of the most advanced technologies in present world serving miniature applications to major application in every field. Fault in WSN is common problem that has been missed out by most of the researchers. Near fact from faults would be, reduction in performance in terms of throughput received at the destination would not only be because of various network losses but also depends on how active the node is through which the data is sent, we try to identify such nodes with fault tolerance through our proposed scheme. The proposed work considers faults of WSN with node failure, sink failure, route failure as the issues to be discussed with objective to eliminate fault nodes then followed by routing. The simulation result shows the identification of failed nodes when network scenario is held for simulation with routing of packets between source and destination with and without failure of network. However base of the work is to identify failed nodes in network and to recover the route.
