Design and Realization of TRIZ Theory Remote Expert Consultation System based on Scientific Effect Storehouse

This paper has introduced the TRIZ theory's research present situation and the significance to use the expert consultation system for spreading and developing the TRIZ theory in our country,elaborates the TRIZ theory Remote expert consultation system's design.Meanwhile,the paper analyzes the scientific effect storehouse as well as design process of the contradictory matrix application,therefore,has realized the uniform of study and application of TRIZ theory with expert concultation.
