Metrological Research in China's Civil Aviation

This paper compares the current U.S. civil aviation metrology with domestic counterpart. It fol- lows that a metrological center should be established in China's civil aviation to go ahead towards standardization and routinization in accordance with international practice. The emphasis here is on the necessity and feasibility of setting up such a center, Whose goals, working model and tasks are also set out.
