Design of long-belt transportation system of the 2×10 000 t/d clinker production line.

2×10 000 t/d clinker production lines of Tongling Conch Grop. have great material flow, which scale is rare in China. The project adopted five long conveyor belts which in charge of the whole material transportation, including limestone from mine to plant area, sandstone from mine to plant area, raw coal from dock to plant area and clinker from plant area to dock. System characteristics and the allocation requirements of the long-belt transportation system in this project are introduced in indetail as well as the layout and design. A production line(one of the two lines) has been put into production and reached standard which showes that the long conveyor belts run stably and has outstanding predominance.
