New method to evaluate image quality

Research on quality assessment of digital images is meaningful for the image processing engineering. The method puts forward describes and evaluates the quality of image through wavelet transform extracting luminance, blurredness and corelation. Compared with the traditional evaluation effect the mothod will be more comprehensive and consistent with human perception. In the end, the experimental results prove the method accurate and efficient.
