The invention provides a rotary platform transmitting device for transmitting and deflecting a substrate bearing box. The rotary platform transmitting device comprises a stand, a vertical elevating mechanism and a bearing platform, wherein the stand is provided with a mobile cavity; the vertical elevating mechanism comprises a guide part, a vertical driving component, a push part, a lower elevating plate and an upper elevating plate; the vertical driving component is arranged on the stand; the output end of the vertical driving component is connected with the lower elevating plate; the lower elevating sheet is contracted in the mobile cavity; the upper end of the guide part is fixed with the upper end of the stand; the lower end of the guide part penetrates through the lower elevating plate; the lower end of the push part is fixed with the lower elevating plate; the upper end of the push part penetrates through the stand in a sliding mode and is fixed with the upper elevating plate; both the guide part and the push part are vertical to the lower elevating plate; the bearing platform comprises a bottom plate for bearing the substrate bearing box; the bottom plate is parallel with and rotatably connected with the upper elevating plate; the vertical driving component drives the bottom plate to move up and down through the lower elevating plate and the push part; and the bottom plate can rotate on the upper elevating plate to realize deflection when subjected to horizontal force. The invention can improve the transmission quality and accuracy of the substrates and reduce the transmission cost.
