The network printing control method comprises the following steps: the printer sends request data to the network server, and the printer sends the request data to ask the network server to inquire a to-be-printed entry of the printer, wherein the request data comprises a network service identifier which is the identifier of a network service body where the printer belongs; the printer receives request response data returned from the network server; the printer analyzes the request response data to obtain the printing data of the to-be-printed entry; and the printer prints the printing data of the to-be-printed entry. The equipment cost of a network printing system can be lowered.
