The invention discloses a touch positioning method and system. The touch positioning method comprises the steps of: acquiring first initial position information and second initial position information of an actual touched object by using the infrared touch positioning system, and acquiring auxiliary initial position information of the actual touched object by adopting the auxiliary touch positioning system; acquiring position information of touched objects according to the first initial position information and the auxiliary initial position information, wherein the touched objects comprise the actual touched object and a virtual touched object; and acquiring position information of the actual touched object from the position information of the touched objects according to the second initial position information. According to the invention, the positions of the touched objects can be precisely located when more than two touched objects exist.
