Like any new business venture, IoT domain also requires you to bring together an awesomely talented high performing team to be successful and win decisively. As we have discussed several times in this book, there are disruptive and transformative elements of IoT. So the criticality of having the right team is as critical as having the right offerings, platform, and business model.
