Stress Analysis and Structural Optimiza-tion Method of Connecting Ceramic Glut with Aluminium Alloy by Compression Casting

This paper deals with the method of connecting ceramic glut with A-alloy base. We design a kind of ceramic glut with a reversal wedge angle, then we connect it with A-alloy base by compression casting to make a completely containing joint structure. At the same time, we analyze the thermal stress of the ceramic glut in the process of com-pression casting and compare it with the ceramic glut in the grip structure.
