A nonlinear circuit with two memcapacitors

In this paper, a circuit with two memcapacitors is designed, and the dimensionless mathematical model of the circuit is established. We find three kinds of chaotic attractors in this circuit. Using the conventional dynamic analysis method, the equilibrium points and stability of the chaotic system are analyzed, and the distribution ranges of stable and unstable regions of each chaotic attractor corresponding to the circuit parameter are determined. Then, we analyze the dynamical behaviors of each type of chaotic attractor with the circuit parameter of the circuit, respectively. The complex phenomena of state transition and transient chaos accompanied with time evolution and coexisting states are observed. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the chaotic circuit has rich dynamical behaviors.
