A componental movement decoupling type forging manipulator adopts the scheme that a clamp is hinged with the front end of a nippling lever, a front connecting piece and the nippling lever are fixedly connected with a front horizontal linear driver, a front hanging rod and the front horizontal linear driver are hinged with a front lifting arm, the front lifting arm and a rear lifting arm are hinged on the frame of a cart, a synchronous connecting rod is hinged with the front and the rear lifting arms, a lifting linear driver and the rear lifting arm are hinged with the frame of the cart, the front horizontal linear driver and the front hanging rod are hinged with the frame of the cart, a pitching linear driver and the nippling lever are hinged with a rear horizontal linear driver, and the rear horizontal linear driver is hinged with the synchronous connecting rod or the rear lifting arm. The componental movement decoupling type forging manipulator adopts componental movement decoupling, is easy in movement and kinetic analysis, is convenient in control, effectively improves working efficiency, utilizes lower pairs, and reduces processing and manufacturing cost.
