The design of multi-device data acquisition system for marine elements

According to the needs of the system integration of calibration and validation platform,this paper designed a data acquisition system for marine elements.A variety of observation equipments were integrated on offshore oil platform and the unified control of the observed subsystems was achieved.With modular design,the system was divided into four parts: site acquisition,site control,remote monitoring and power management.Based on RS485 bus and custom com-munication protocol,the observation equipments were communicated by their addresses to complete the real-time acqui-sition of marine elements.The application software was developed with MFC in the Windows environment.The software framework and the major system functions such as data acquisition,display,storage and transmission were given.Lab-oratory simulation debugging result showed that the system was stable and could provide accurate and diverse scientific data for calibration and validation of ocean remote sensing.
