LQR controller design for boom air-refueling bar

Aiming at the problem that the refueling bar may be unstable under the outside interference when the aircraft in the boom air-refueling,this article presented a linear quadratic optimal control method.Firstly,we established the mathematical model of the refueling bar and created a state space equation of the model,and then designed the corresponding control law and built the simulink simulation module.Simulation results showed that in linear quadratic optimal control of the feedback unit,the pitch angle and roll angle of the aircraft quickly converged to zero.The system response was stable.
