Making a strategic highway procurement decision based on IAHP-Entrop-Topsis model

According to the highway construction material demand and price fluctuations with greatly affect project,a reasonable choice of suppliers is propased based on IAHP-Entrop-Topsis decision making model.The advantage of the model is using interval analytic hierarchy process interval based AHP and entropy weight to improve the quality of corporate purchasing,and can assess the indicators of subjective weights and objective weights obtained fusion combination weight.Improved TOPSIS method is made to evaluate suppliers and Sort scientific decision-making,according to the results of the sort.Finally,a case study is made and the results show that the method is reasonable and effective.
