Otp Using Biometrics Embellish Security For Online –Trasactions (OLT)

Online-Transaction (OLT) is a popular data processing system in today’s enterprises, that facilitate and manage transactions-oriented applications using computer networks such as   the internet. The online-transactions are based on the one time password (OPT), which is transferred over an un-trusted communication channel (internet). Security for the OPT is very essential in order to prevent the reply attacks during the transactions.  In the existing system RSA algorithm requires 2048 bits key size in order to achieve 112 bits security level whereas, Elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) requires 224-255bits key size. The storage of keys is also a major issue in the present system of security model. These cryptography keys which are stored can be easily retrieved by using brute force attacks, which causes an issue for the integrity of sensitive data in the existing security model.
