Case Study on Seat Management of University Library Based on WeChat Public Number Client—Taking Jianghan University Library as an Example

University library is an important learning place for students, but it is always affected by seat occupancy problem. In order to solve the long-term occupancy problem of self-study space in the library, the library of Jianghan University introduced the WeChat Public Number Seat Reservation Management System, and achieved obvious results through its operation.
