This research aims to test and analyze the effect of price, free wifi and facilities on customer satisfaction in the coffe JMP PAHLAWAN Lamongan. This study sampel of 95 people and selected using a sampling technique with a scale likert measuring instrument. The unit of analysis in this study were all respondents of JMP PAHLAWAN Lamongan coffee customers. Data using IMB SPSS Statistics 22 Software. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed, the price of free wifi and significant facilities to customer satisfaction. Price and facilities have positive and significant effect, while free wifi shows negative but not significant. Management improves the quality of special free wifi products.
