REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA

Introdução: O mapeamento de processos possibilita identificar, compreender e produzir soluções ao melhorar o desempenho dos processos de negócios nas organizações. Mapear processos é a etapa preparatória para determinar o êxito em projetos de gestão por processos. Executar o mapeamento de processos em organizações públicas e privadas é importante em qualquer conjuntura, em especial no de escassez financeira. Objetivo: Conhecer como o mapeamento de processos é aplicado nas organizações públicas e privadas, usando a metodologia BPM, e buscar evidenciar as diferenças entre esses usos. Metodologia: Caracteriza-se como pesquisa de natureza básica, com objetivos exploratório e descritivo, aplicando procedimentos bibliográficos para coleta de dados. Utiliza o método da Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL), cujo protocolo da revisão possui três etapas: planejamento, execução e seleção. Resultados: Trabalhou-se com uma amostra final de 25 documentos, que foram analisados e sumarizados em uma matriz, a partir das categorias definidas no protocolo da RSL. Também foram feitas associações com os conceitos adotados na fundamentação teórica. Considerações Finais: Considera-se que as evidências encontradas como resultados podem contribuir na implementação de projetos de mapeamento de processos com o uso da metodologia BPM com maior eficiência e eficácia.
