Program Design and Realization Based on YL235A Multi-piece Permutation and Combination

This paper is to fulfill the task of permutation and combination that the piece can be put continuously in YL235A,which will be done by setting up the way of permutation and combination of the piece on the touch screen with MCGS(TPC7062K) and by using the 'first in first out' function command(SFRD sense order,SRWR write instruction) from Mitsubishi PLC.The shortcoming such as long program when using the elementary instruction,difficult programming,poor reliability of program can be avoided.The test result shows that stable program running and high reliability can be realized through the 'first in first out' function command.
