Voting Agreement Based Trust Model for Peer-to-Peer E-commerce

Peer-to-peer (P2P) electronic commerce greatly enhances the convenience and flexibility of e-business, but it also aggravates the risk and security threatening of business activity. In order to prevent the vulnerable peers from involving in transaction and solve the trust problem of no-history record peers, this paper proposes a new trust model of P2P e-commerce, which is based on voting agreement. It can evaluate and predicate the actions of the other side according to the trading experience and the recommendation of the other peers. Simulations show that this model can more accurately evaluate the trading side of e-business, help users to select the reliable trading partner, reduce the risk of trading and validate the security, reliability and robust of P2P electronic commerce in transaction.
