Method of transmitting and receiving data in wireless communication system

A data transceiving method in a wireless communication system is provided to be capable of changing radio resources according to channel states even after persistent resources are allocated, thereby reducing a transmission error rate of data. A UE(User Equipment) is allocated with persistent resources(S210). The UE monitors a control channel according to the persistent resources in order to find a scheduling grant including information on uplink radio resources(S220). If the scheduling grant is found on the control channel, the UE transmits data by using the uplink radio resources as ignoring the persistent resources(S230-S260).
