Atrial Septal Defect and Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Drainage

CASE MATERIAL A total of thirty-five patients has been treated. I n twenty-four cases atrial septal defect of the secundum variety was the sole anomaly, while two had atrial septal defects of the primum type. Of the remaining nine cases, five had partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage (four of whom had an associated atrial septal defect) and four total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage and atrial septal defect.
