Structure function approach to the neutrino counting problem

Abstract Electromagnetic radiative corrections to the reaction e + e − →γ(ν ν ) are computed by using structure functions for the initial leptons. Starting from an iterative solution of the p t dependent evolution equations, we derive a second-order result for the cross section. All order resummation of radiated photons is also discussed.
