Design and Realization of Automatic Testing Equipment for Strapdown Attitude and Heading Reference Systems

In order to verify and test the performances of some new attitude and heading reference system whether or not fulfill the aviation requirements on the ground,a design method of automatic testing equipment is presented.Core of the equipment is software for automatic testing system and industrial control computer,where 422 board,429 board,A/D board and D/A board are integrated.The design requirements of the equipment are put forward,and the ways of realization of automatic testing equipment are given from designs of software and hardware.The experimental results show that the attitude and heading reference system can be tested by the equipment with high speed and high efficiency during the factory producing time.After the air force having been equipped,the maintenance soldiers on the ground can exactly detect the faults of the attitude and heading reference system,and the rapid flexible maintenance ability of the troop is improved.
