Research of the Error Analysis and Model Quality of Rapid Prototyping Based on FDM

With the continuous development of rapid prototyping technology,accuracy requirements of the surface quality was demanded higher. The error sources of the surface quality were analyzed,and the influence of model properties and placement method was discussed. These studies will have a good impact on the development of FDM Technology.
