Steuerungs- und Signalverarbeitungs-konzepte für eine multifunktionale Handprothese

Besides cosmetical aspects the acceptance of hand prostheses depends on functionality, weight and user-friendliness. Following a short introduction of the mechatronic system the control concept of a new light-weight hand prosthesis is described. This concept allows an individual adaptation to the users needs, realising movement possibilities of complex grip types. A test rig is introduced to describe static and dynamic properties. Finally conclusions for further research are drawn.
